GAUS INSTITUTE – Foundation for new technologies, innovations and knowledge transfer, for the needs of the BalkanMed E-Business Pages project supported by the EU and funds from the participating countries, publishes an AD for employment Job position: Project assistant Location: Bitola Duration of engagement: determined for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Estimated gross salary: 20,000 MKD (net ~ 13,500 MKD) Key duties: – Maintains and updates a database of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that will be created within the project by an external contractor. – Conducts statistical analysis of data from the SME database according to the needs of the project. – Assists the project administrator in preparing the tender procedures for the project according to the procedures of the European Union (PRAG). – Assists the project administrator in preparing the project reports according to the rules of the Balkan Mediterranean program of the European Union. – Manages the archive and archival operations of the project. – Provides logistical and technical support during the realization of events organized by the project. – Plans, monitors, implements, coordinates and performs other tasks related to: office space, equipment, inventory, mail and telecommunications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Higher education, economic sciences: Completed economics or related faculty VII-1 degree or at least 240 credits. – Excellent knowledge of English, oral and written communication. – Experience with statistical data processing. – Experience with preparing reports and working on projects financed by international donors within the framework of a civil organization (association or foundation). – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). – Strong organizational skills.
